5+ years building B2B acquisition systems
GTM & Sales LeadB2B ConsultantFull Cycle Growth
I come in when the product works and there's no acquisition process that holds up on its own yet.
I build that process end to end: ICP, messaging, channels, automation, and the number that tells you whether it's working.
The cases below include what went wrong.

An end-to-end scripted prospecting pipeline
At Suris Code, prospecting was assembled by hand: extract, clean, verify and format every batch before it could enter a sequence.
I scripted the whole pipeline with Claude Code: extraction, ICP filtering, email matching and verification, a SQL database of my own, and loading into Smartlead through the API.
A batch went from 80 minutes to 20. The system runs ~2,000 prospects a week and leaves ~1,400 usable.
Opening five markets from Argentina
Suris Code sold almost entirely into Argentina. The question was whether a new market could be opened from here: no office, no local team, no travel.
Multichannel outbound — LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp — with a separate ICP and message per market, and competitive benchmarking to adjust positioning.
Qualified pipeline in five countries and 15+ meetings a month for about two years. Over that period the company doubled its client base.
FaPro: when the standard playbook doesn't fit
FaPro is a risk-analysis SaaS for Chilean factoring. Validated product, no acquisition process, and a total market of around 200 companies nationwide.
I started with volume outbound and it failed. I pivoted to precision: full TAM mapping, institutional partnerships and nurturing over that finite list.
From ~5 to ~20 clients in 12 months — an approximate, unverified figure — and ArchGroup's 2021 Premio Gacela, awarded to FaPro.
Things I built
N.º 03Prototypes I build inside a consultative sale, to validate understanding before closing. Each one comes with its PRD, anonymised: the work is real, the client isn't named.
